Logan Andress
Community Director
Logan Andress has served as Community Director for Solon Community Living since August of 2022. Prior to coming to SCL, Logan worked in the field of intellectual disabilities for over 20 years, serving in various managerial and directorial roles across agencies in ten different Ohio counties and with multi-million dollar budgets.
Logan is a Kent State graduate, with a degree in Justice Studies, starting his career in the juvenile courts before working his way back to the field of intellectual disabilities, where he had worked in college as a Direct Support Professional.
Logan and his wife, Sara, reside in Lyndhurst with their son (Brendan) and dog (Elly). He formerly served as President of Lyndhurst Dads’ Club, an organization dedicated to providing baseball and softball opportunities to kids in Northeast Ohio. Additionally, he is frequently involved in youth sports and animal rescue events around the area.

Isiss Goodwin
Residential Coordinator

Isiss is from Cleveland and has been involved in the field for over eight years. She discovered her passion because she has a family member on the spectrum. What keeps her going and feeds her passion for her work is seeing her clients thrive and better their lives. She has taken on roles such as supervisor, house manager, operations manager, and now residential coordinator. She is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys everything nature-related.
Emma Van Winkle
Senior Resident Assistant

Emma was born in Columbus and raised in Plain City. She is a current student at Kent State with a major in Special Education and a concentration in Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Intensive needs for students. Emma found her way to being a special ed. teacher through Nuhop Summer Camp, working with neurodivergent youth. Nuhop is a residential summer camp designed to help foster personal growth through achievement, development of friendships and independence. At Kent State Emma has worked as a resident assistant for the honors college and mentored two different groups of first year students.
Sundus Deif
Resident Assistant

Sundus is a Lorain native and now graduate student studying Speech Language Pathology and Special Education at Kent State University. She received her bachelor’s degree at The Ohio State University and her associate’s at Lorain County Community College. Sundus has an interest in the field being more inclusive and supporting others for their individual needs, and has worked with a diverse population ranging from birth to adulthood. Sundus pursues photography and is bilingual, speaking both English and Arabic.
Bella DeOliveira
Seasonal Resident Assistant and Social Media Specialist

Bella is an undergraduate student at Ohio University studying Marketing with a pre-law focus. Bella has been involved in the field for as long as she can remember, whether it be volunteering at the Geauga County Board of Developmental Disabilities or helping out in the special education classroom when she attended West Geauga High School. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the constant growth and memories made with the people she works with. She is a big fan of watching Cleveland sports and frequents the sand volleyball and pickleball courts in her free time.
